Deposit Information

At TuneStone Jewelry, we require payment in full for all purchases before any work begins on jewelry pieces.

 

 

Custom Design Projects 

  • A deposit is required for all custom design projects. The deposit amount is determined by the TuneStone Jewelry Designer.  

  • The deposit confirms and secures the project in our schedule.  

  • Full payment is required once the custom design is approved by the customer and before the final piece is ordered and produced.  

Cancellation Policy

 

  • If the project is canceled by either the customer or TuneStone Jewelry, the deposit will be refunded minus $75 per hour for all time spent on the project.  

  • If the project is not canceled, the entire deposit is applied toward the final payment.
