Thank you for your purchase from TuneStone Jewelry. We take pride in crafting unique, high-quality jewelry and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our product warranty policy below.

Warranty Coverage


TuneStone Jewelry offers a six-month warranty from the date of purchase on non-custom, "everyday wear" merchandise against breakage due to craftsmanship defects. During this period, our jeweler will inspect the item and make necessary repairs free of charge, provided that the damage is determined to be a result of TSJ craftsmanship.

 

Exclusions & Limitations


Our warranty does not cover:

  • Daily wear and tear.

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or exposure to adverse environments (e.g., chemicals, extreme temperatures, improper storage).

  • Cracked gemstones or diamonds.

  • Loss of stones, theft, or accidental damage.

  • Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than TSJ (this will void the warranty).

Repairs After Warranty Period


If repairs are required after the six-month warranty period, TSJ can provide services at an estimated charge. Please contact us for an assessment and cost estimate.

Jewelry Care & Maintenance


Proper care and maintenance are essential for preserving the longevity of your jewelry. For example, if a wedding band with several small diamonds is worn continuously without cleaning and a stone falls out due to dirt buildup, the replacement will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Build-up from lotions and dirt under the stones can create upward pressure, leading to stone loss. To prevent this, we recommend regular cleaning using a gentle cleaner like Dawn dish soap, warm water, and a soft toothbrush.

Consumer Responsibility & Insurance

  • The purchaser is responsible for proper care, cleaning, and regular inspections of their jewelry.

  • If a large diamond or gemstone becomes loose, the purchaser must immediately stop wearing the jewelry and contact TSJ for inspection.

  • TuneStone Jewelry is not responsible for cracked gemstones or diamonds. To protect your investment, we strongly encourage obtaining jewelry insurance.

  • Jewelry insurance can be purchased through Jewelers Mutual, facilitated by TSJ.

  • Alternatively, coverage may be available through your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy.
